      Avantages

      The residents will make you feel at home and will make going to work enjoyable.

      Inconvénients

      The employees and the administration is unprofessional,they do not provide you with the right tools to be successful , nor do they guide you in the right directions in order to be successful. They will talk down to you and belittle you but then tell you ..you can go to them for help if you need it.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance is good, variety in shift hours (AM,PM and overnight)

      Inconvénients

      Unorganized main office, poor communication between management. Went months without being paid properly, you have to be on top of your time. Hard to get assistance from leadership.
