Flexible hours, work in the afternoon except weekends. Good pay for traveling around China or if you want to save up money.
Inconvénients
Long office hours, a huge waste of time. Every meeting or event is in Chinese and even the group chat is in Chinese. If your Asian they try to treat you like Chinese teachers making you call parents and do renewals for a main class. Probably best not speak any Chinese.
