      Avantages

      This is a company that you can tell cares about us. They just introduced a long waited for pension match and so many other changes (I've been her eover two years now).

      Inconvénients

      Things happen... slowly... could be faster but I can always tell they are working hard for us.

      Strong brand recognition, exposure to luxury clients and experience handling customer service in a fast- moving environment.

      Inconvénients

      Workplace culture may not be the right fit for everyone. Communication and management support were inconsistent, which made the role challenging. Lots of gossips caused by management
