      The people in the same position as I was in (Recruiter)

      Management is NOT trust worthy Forced us to write reviews on here (Every 5 star review is a current employee who they made write it) They brainwash employees into thinking its normal to work 7am to 6:30pm every day no exceptions I keep hearing about old co-workers that left and telling me nothing has changed

      Free snacks Lots of happy hour opportunities after work Pay isn’t terrible if you’re fresh out of college

      Inconvénients

      Lots of mandatory fun Lots of stress You’ll be asked to work through lunch if you’re behind Constant pushing to do better Toxic leadership doesn’t have best interest for you in mind Quick to fire than coach and helping you become better Lots of malfeasance and borderline illegal work practices They’ll mention you’ve got benefits but won’t be eligible for quite some time after you’re hired. They also won’t remind you that you are able to sign up once your probationary period is over and you’ll end up losing the opportunity to sign up for benefits you needed in the first place
