Everything they tell you in the interview is a lie, you will be working 55+ hour work weeks and your paychecks reflect that of a 40 hour work week. “Competitive environment” is code for work your butt off for scraps or we’ll throw you under. Promises promotions quickly and than strings you along for as long as you’ll allow. Very few women in the office this place is more like a frat. If you’ve ever seen wolf of Wall Street it’s kinda that vibe but instead of making insane money you’re actually just told you are gonna be rich while making barely above minimum wage. Very few promotions actually offered. This company does not care about its employees
