      Avantages

      Senior Dispatcher, started at 8 a.m. finish at 5 p.m. Coordinated work between various Foremen's and Superintendents to create crews, needs and requests for the next day. Great Team effort on everyone's part.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing negative to speak of. This job is a fast pace procedure that requires a quick thinking person, capable of completing any task presented.

      Avantages

      The work is repetitive and straight forward. It is a fairly easy job to manage. Most of the responsibility is in ensuring payroll is reported.

      Inconvénients

      The executives do not have concern about employees or how management only responds when circumstances force them to. There is blatant harassment and it is tolerated because the owners are not willing to acknowledge its existence.
