If your title is small, your colleagues who is holding a higher title will be little you and will push all his/her work to you despite the work doesn’t belongs to you. 3. The environment is hostile. People expect you to know everything within 3 months. And you are not forgiven for saying that you don’t know. No colleague will help you or give you any knowledge on the information you need.
