I can’t say enough good things about this place. From day one, everyone has been kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive. There’s a real sense of community here — no egos, no drama, just a team of people who care and want to see each other succeed. The company culture is positive and inclusive. Avantages

Some coworkers were supportive but everyones mainly out for themselves.

Inconvénients

The CEO is a terrible leader who consistently lies to employees, telling them what they want to hear with no intention of following through. Offices across the U.S. have been suddenly closed, with employees being fired left and right. Carriers are not being paid and our phones are blowing up everyday with carriers begging for payment. Every week brings a new “strategy” that is quickly abandoned, creating constant instability. There is no clear direction, no transparency, and no accountability from leadership. Morale is extremely low, with high turnover at every level. Career development, training, and employee growth are completely ignored. Benefits are subpar compared to industry standards, no 401k match, and workloads are unreasonable because they keep cutting staff without any planning.
