      Flexible before but changing now

      Inconvénients

      Policies are the worse I have seen for time off for PTO, sick time, maternity and bereavement. Pay is not great and no training. The training you get does not go to your hours needed so you end up working over 40 hours with no overtime.

      Hours are good because it’s mainly school hours.
