      Avantages

      Great leaders and company structure. RFI is one of the few companies that still offer the freedom to learn on the job and make mistakes, while still providing accountability and brutal honesty to keep you progressing. Great place to learn and grow and an even better place to build your career

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons for me personally, but if you can’t handle honesty and accountability and are looking to cruise, this is not the place for you.

      Avantages

      People are very friendly and care each others! A work place provides you with a lot of opportunities- learning and achievement which you won't commonly get from most of well established companies like RFI! Our team likes friends, we work hard together and play (rock climbing, ball games, bowling, parties...etc) hard together! The company rewards fruitful employee, and encourage employee growth. If you have great idea that is realistic, most of time will be adopted and good work be recognized. No company politic. I enjoy to work here!

      Inconvénients

      Due to the fast growing company nature, RFI is not place for slow or not hard working people. If you are layback person, slow, or not smart, you will want to think twice before you apply for the job in RFI.
