Very high employee turnover. Personnel leave due to personal dissatisfaction or are fired / replaced. Lack of transparency - management approach to keeping employees informed is very much on a needs to know basis. Very sales oriented - all about the revenue without providing the infrastructure needed to support roles across sales, customer success, data research, HR, marketing and IT. I would not recommend working at RFI.
