There is so much information available and skills required for many tasks here and if you have a willingness to learn things outside of your field, the opportunity is there. The company is also flexible in allowing its people to focus on their personal lives when life happens. The business is growing and hiring new talent while retaining many older employees shows dedication of management and employees. The company also keeps all employees aware of its performance and future projects.

Company is still enduring growing pains while working towards locking down proper processes as it matures but improvements and habits take time to change.
