Avantages
I enjoy the challenge and visiting the different stores. My experiences have mostly been great. The training staff are excellent: very quick to respond and help. My district manager is very nice but somewhat less responsive: I think it's possible I do not understand her role, though, and I want to be honest. I think many of my questions are better answered by the trainers, and that's fine. But sometimes she doesn't answer at all, even if a simple yes/no question. A few times, there have been changes to my job schedule in the field portal ( which I can't access from my iphone) and I didn't know til I looked at the field portal.Field portal is easy to use otherwise.
Inconvénients
The pay varies by state: in my state it isn't much. I don't really understand the pay scale and stages of training: it was not explained to me in the beginning but I did receive some written material from my trainer that explained it better. I currently have no jobs at all, and I'm not sure how that works either; it may have to do with my performance and may have to do with the availability and needs in my area. When there is a new training, it's very good but unpredictable in terms of time it may take, as is the new job, but they are honest about it.
