      Avantages

      I love being able to work my schedule around my main job. I dont have a set time to clock in and out. I know what is expected of me and I am given the respect and space to do my job. This job has been a blessing.

      Inconvénients

      being independent for those that need more interaction. You don't get to know your fellow co workers much unless they are someone you brought on to the company or might meet up with for training. I wouldn't consider that a con, just something one needs to consider if they prefer to be in a setting with other coworkers around.

      Avantages

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
