Nothing pro here, only cons

Highly toxic, manipulative ceo here. Will irritate, annoy and humiliate you so much so that you'll quit. the ceo doesn't have any Work life balance and will not let you have one. If there would've been an option to give a negative rating, I would've given that.

I had a fantastic experience working at RDS Digital as a Design Manager for over a year. The company culture is highly collaborative and supportive, which made it a pleasure to contribute to innovative projects. I was given the autonomy to lead my team and implement new design strategies, which significantly enhanced my professional growth. The leadership team is forward-thinking and truly invests in its employees' development. I'm grateful for the opportunity and would highly recommend RDS Digital as a great place to build a career in design.
