      Sometimes there is a lack of criteria regarding to employees's education. Considering that a Serbian Broadcasting Corporation isn' t the state-owned media but the Public Broadcasting Service it should be more objective toward political authorities, rather than biased...

      Avantages

      There some nice and talented people working there. Mostly journalists.

      Inconvénients

      Management is very unprofessional. Many good journalists are leaving because of bad management. For example, a journalist that doesn't speak foreign languages, or doesn't speak them well, but is in good terms with the management, can get to cover a story abroad, just to get the chance to travel and get extra pay. It is unclear what are they spending money on, as the quality of programs is very low, as well as the salaries.
