Staffing challenges were difficult for many institutions in our industry over covid, and we are excited to see this trend shift in recent weeks.       Avantages

      the kids were what made it worth working here

      Inconvénients

      -lack of support from management -don’t properly train to the extent needed, spent two blocks shadowing then was expected to just know -pay was extremely low for what we do
