Inconvénients
1) You will have numerous criteria to qualify for your single incentive. Most often 40 to 60% (some cases 100%) of your incentives will be deducted if you fail to meet all the applicable criteria. 2) You will be doing the same tele-calling roles for years together with no promotions. (According to the organisation, growth is what you learn. Not you vertical and horizontal movements). If you want to be a team leader, be prepared to be in associate level for 8 to 10 years. 3) They will lay off employees quite easily. Lack of job security. You won’t stand a chance against their corporate politics. After they let go many employees, hardly 80 to 90 employees remain in RCI India. 4)If you raise a genuine concern anonymously, their prime agenda will be to find who raised the concern, and not to solve the problem. 5) You will be told service is the prime motive. If you don’t meet your sales targets, you will be put in corrective action plan and eventually terminated for non performance. 6) Every week they will probably role out a new organisational policy.
