      Employees are friendly , A lot of smoke breaks

      Inconvénients

      No Payment just a commission , If you can offered being without an income for months while spending from your own pocket to secure a sale then do it . I can not validate that they will pay you the promised commission even if you secured the sale .

      Nothing, It's very toxic and plays favorites with the managment team.
