- Sometimes planning and preparing for key events is late resulting in increased work intensity and risk - True flexible working for employees still being rolled out - Can be difficult to get assigned to new interesting work in London if being managed from the bigger hubs in Canada or Luxembourg - Getting ownership for new requirements / models / work can be difficult - Occasions where group approach or objectives on an initiative aren't aligned with business needs requiring slow and very senior escalation for resolution
