      Avantages

      RAPP is a company that is VERY concerned about the happiness of its employees. They really do bend over backward to make you happy. The work is exciting and the company is growing in a positive direction.

      Inconvénients

      There are still a few old school structures in place (promotion periods shackled by arbitrary time frames) but other than that, it's pretty good.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
