Avantages

Kind and respectful colleagues. Lots to learn in terms of work.

Inconvénients

Account is disorganized, with no onboarding schedule or support put in place from the start. Training that was promised and communicated prior to joining was not delivered, leaving the team without proper support/guidance, struggling to learn while having to deliver within timelines.

Avantages

For me it's all about the people that you work with.. I've been in very toxic workplaces in the past and know firsthand how much compassionate management with empathy matters. I really lucked out at RAPP because the management is awesome and has been incredibly supportive of my very severe chronic medical issues I've had to live with the last few years. They know I get the work done and they always have my back.

Inconvénients

The work can be a bit dry compared to other Marketing roles I've had in the past.. it's not very creatively rewarding. I wish there were a bit more exciting creative opportunities on more diverse accounts to work on. Also the pay is a bit below the industry standard for California with the specific tech role I do.

The team I worked with was amazing. Lots of ownership over projects.

Inconvénients

Large corporate ownership makes you feel like a number. No raises.
