      Avantages

      Good work-life balance, friendly coworkers, dogs in the office, work from home options, supportive management, clear and realistic roles and responsibility, good culture, good benefits and pay, open communication from upper management about the company's future, lots of additional training opportunities, great collaboration between teams/departments

      Inconvénients

      All the fun culture stuff can be distracting (but in a good way most of the time), "work hard, play hard" is great if you're not the last step in the project and end up having to stay late due to the play hard mentality.

      Avantages

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      Inconvénients

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
