I appreciate your feedback. I agree, we have some of the best people and fun events! I am sorry you found the work tedious, as you noted, we do have a good amount of projects to help build experience, and we try our best to ensure our employees are introduced to a variety of projects and tasks. I know that a company that has been successfully in business for 37 years may have some systems in place that could be refreshed, we have certainly introduced new systems, such at our proprietary platform Absolution. We are always open to new ideas, and as we grow, we try to make the best decisions on what to change and what to keep, as we don't want to change systems that are successful. In regard to billing, our primary focus is ensuring our clients are happy and satisfied with our attention to their projects, which includes making sure our billing is fair and represents the work that was completed on each project.. With that, it is very important we keep a focus on billing. Our facade and roofing team is our largest, and RAND started on facade inspection and restoration, so yes, many of our PMs and technical staff work on our facade team, and all applied and were specifically hired for that team. I do believe there is the perfect firm for everyone, and if RAND was not if for you, I do wish you the best in finding your firm. And again, I do appreciate your feedback and the time you took to write it. We take these reviews seriously, and try to make positive changes based on feedback.
