I have noticed in a such a short time frame that the management team and corporate staff has an empathetic and empowering management style. Ram wants to keep good people. I will soon be approaching my 6- month anniversary With Ram Hotels and can truly say that working here has given me a sense of purpose. I'm challenged to continue being a great leader, building my team and delivering quality results. Ram has quickly helped me realize that titles fade and positions change, but my impact endures -- And that great leaders aren't remembered by their titles, but for how they uplift others.
