Avantages
Mostly relaxed atmosphere. Most people are very nice and helpful but very conservative.
Inconvénients
Poor management, endless cycle of expecting unrealistic deadlines and disappointment by management. It's not very stressful because consequences aren't harsh, but you will never get praise just criticized for not doing something fast enough or good enough which is very unmotivating. This results in most people treating the job unseriously because they learn that caring and trying doesn't get you anywhere, which is why the atmosphere is relaxed.
