Avantages
Lifelong connections can be built from trauma bonding. Career opportunities if you’re the last person in your team standing. I was offered a “promotion” which restructured my position to be the same as when I joined the organisation. Literally 3 steps back.
Inconvénients
Top down leadership, bullying culture, not very flexible in terms of work from home. VERY high turn over rate.
