Avantages
I can see why the senior leadership team stay for so long, if you’re good networker and can talk the talk, you’ll probably be promoted! It’s the most resourced marketing team I’ve ever worked for, there are specialists for everything (even though one person would have multiple skill sets). Very low stress, and staff perks are great.
Inconvénients
There’s so many processes the red tape is what slows everything down which is what the senior leadership team is employed to “work through”. Basically employed to sit in meetings all day to come up with solutions a junior could have spun up if given the freedom. Very hierarchical and if you don’t drink the cool-aid you will not go far in this company.
