      Avantages

      Great company culture. Very collaborative and friendly place to work. Pretty flat structure and easy access to leadership. Employees with diverse and different backgrounds. If you take initiative you will grow and get more responsibility. Excellent leaders who think big and support employee growth.

      Inconvénients

      No real negatives to speak of.

      Avantages

      Some team members are supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Unstructured onboarding and unclear role expectations. Inconsistent communication from management. Feedback culture felt reactive, not developmental. Little transparency or psychological safety. Escalation of concerns often led to retaliation rather than resolution.

      Great place to work, allowed for lots of hands on experience and design opportunities!

      Inconvénients

      Medium sized company, so didn't get too much exposure to what working for a large corporation might feel like.
