I love working for R3. The CEO and senior leaders have integrity, are transparent, honest and genuinely care about their employees. Since I've worked for R3, I've grown tremendously.

Incredible management; they truly care about their staff and take the time to mentor and coach their employees. They have incredible ethics; so much integrity and they truly understand the meaning of emotional intelligence which is almost unheard of these days. This is not your atypical contract company where they plug you in a job and leave you hanging. This is a company who cares about their people, cares about their clients and delivers top notch quality work for the government. If you are looking for an HR company that makes you feel like you belong; you matter and help you to grow in your career; this is the place for you. I highly recommend R3. I worked for the government for over 10 years in Federal HR; never in all of my years have I ever worked for such an amazing company or for such amazing managers. You are not micro-managed, they trust you to do the work; they give you the freedom and the flexibility to use your skill set; I could write paragraphs on why I love this company so much. There is so much potential for growth in this company and I am enjoying every bit of my time working here. I've been here with the company a little over 4 months and I can tell you that taking this job was hands-down the best life changing decision I've ever made.
