      Overall had a great experience working at R3. My team was really collaborative and the office environment was very positive.

      R3 genuinely had some of the best talent in the industry. So much could have been accomplished with the resources they had but…

      Arrogance , nepotism , cliquish behavior ended up ruining the firm
