      Avantages

      Facility centres are latest with nice work environment in Gr.Noida and Gurgaon. HR Processes and policies are good No work pressure and independent work environment Free Cab and meal provided. Easy life balance with work and family.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of politics and not functioning like proper corporate MNC. Either you perform extra ordinary appraisal is done as per Manager's choice. In fact under/no performers are appraised better. Salary/compensation is bit lower than market standard.

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
