Systemic dysfunction with no vision for improvement - Avis employé CAD Drafter R&R Engineers - Surveyors

It is my opinion that there is too much dysfunction in this office. There is no structure or vision. Every project manager has their own agenda. Office politics are thick and it is impossible to stay neutral. There is a lack of mentorship. Project manager are cagey and have their own secret tools. The template is a mess, so is the feature code library. Meetings are brief and there are no staff discussions. The over-arching theme of this office is complacent mediocrity. For some workers this might be a perk. You will not be tested here or have your skills pushed to the limit. You can clock in and doze your way through a steady stream of projects day after day, week after week. Just don't expect or hope for any changes to the status quo.
