      Avantages

      The most family-feeling place I worked even though at the time there were 100 employees at offices in 3 different cities. It's an employee owned company and there is some transparency in the financial status of the company. Flexible scheduling was very nice.

      Inconvénients

      Mainly government contracts so when a government contract came up for renewal you'd feel nervous about losing the contract and perhaps causing some layoffs.

      Inconvénients

      About 50% are remote employees, so no routine face to face contact

      Avantages

      Agile company, flexible in many ways, some really great people and offerings. A hidden gem in the valley. Lots of great inter and intra team involvement.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the downs over the years have been seemingly off the cuff and impactful decision making in a major way without much pre-cursor or strategic planning, at least from the outside. In some cases upper-middle management has room to grow in management skills. And also training within skillset swimlanes is always appreciated.
