What seems like a con really isn't --- You have to understand that the salary may not be as high but the NO lay off situation far out weighs a temporary salary increase especially in these times.

The pay was was pretty decent and they have no problem giving out overtime l. CEO really care about there employees.

The one problem that I had with the job was that they don’t pay weekly .
