      It was best for an average-performing employee who cared more about cruising peacefully.

      Inconvénients

      The management was directionless, unwilling to change, and cheating. They focused more on hiding information (so that they could cheat people) than on increasing collaboration and transparency.

      The company was great, it was good to not be micro managed and the management was quite understanding in terms of performance and external issues
