      Good pay and not under direct supervision

      Inconvénients

      they understaff projects and over promise clients, then crack the whip on you. They don't get much work so you always worry about being laid off at any moment.

      Avantages

      Worked full-time for the summer right out of high school. Had to leave as college was out of state. I loved my coworkers and bosses! Great group of people

      -Overtime -Great opportunity to learn about the midstream and surveying industry

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. You have to be dedicated. I did not mind this.
