Wish they had more experienced staff during the busy season. Working two busy seasons are tough. But don't worry you will be awarded for your hard work.

The staff is great to work with, and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from my co-workers while working there.

The days are very long. The office is always short staffed, so expect to work on more items that you can handle at once. Lunch breaks, or any breaks for that fact, are nonexistent, no matter how long your day is. The office pays for your lunch, but the expectation is that you will work through your lunch. The partners are very inexperienced in the area of management. The office ran better when the original owner was there. The turnover rate is very high.
