      Awful management - strict and often trivial rules, likes to micro manage Egotistical and misogynistic CEO - causes high turnover of staff Lots of short term volunteers so always re-training new people

      Inconvénients

      Would be great if they can set some curriculum for some continuous subject (like English) etc - that can be used as a basis for volunteers teachers
