Working at R+M is amazing, and I'm so grateful to be here. I love being surrounded by some of the most creative, inspiring and witty folks ... people who push you to think and grow beyond your expectations of yourself. We're a family, and as such our successes, our triumphs and even our tribulations are shared by all. Culture-wise, it's a dream. Puppies in the office, daily UNO games, company walks after lunch, field trips, volunteer activities, and above all: respect.

Working at a 10-person agency can present its challenges, as we are all constantly juggling lots of plates and wearing lots of hats. But no more so than any other agency.

The variety of industries we work with in the health and social responsibility space is very fulfilling. The level of brand strategy and development we are able to accomplish within this space is always rewarding. But above all, the internal culture here is why i smile on my way to work.

We're located in Cary, in a very nice space, but the location lacks some of the "creative grit" we seek to keep us visually stimulated.
