      Avantages

      There are no pros except having a job

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for full time. This is the only company that i know of that pays part timers more than full timers. The cost of living raise is a joke so is the Christmas bonus for dock workers. Its sad when you give 100% for 9 years and some one thats been there for 5 years makes more than you

      Avantages

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Inconvénients

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
