Avantages
-paid well -company has a great reputation which helps a lot with your career -good insight and experience into business marketing techniques
Inconvénients
-a lot of big egos, favoritism. -management imagines they are still a cool small start-up company and are oblivious to the employees who do the work which make the company successful. they seem to sometimes resent newer employees for ruining their small, cool, rebel self-image yet are happy to reap the benefits of running a large company -didn't keep promises. I volunteered to do extra work in exchange to be put on a better project, got a pat on the back, and then they promptly forgot about me - you don't get any credit for doing good work unless you are senior. however you can also easily slack off and you won't get fired.
