      Avantages

      Decent pay, good benefits, schedule is pretty great for any employee (as long as you have a manager who actually cares). You will meet some pretty amazing people while working for this company.

      Inconvénients

      Wish there was a bit more help from corporate besides coming on site to point out every little thing wrong when we do what we are supposed to (getting bids) but they get rejected for price each time so back to square one. Wish there was bit more then a 20% discount on rent as well. Some companies do 50% off rent or give some employees a free apartment. No holiday bonuses. Limited budget for events for tenants.

      Carroll usually buys older properties.

      Avantages

      The pay was decent and the residents/community were nice people.

      Inconvénients

      There are some biases toward people of different backgrounds. They had decent systems in place and then after software updates you had to place more and more Support tickets causing lots of frustration. This is report heavy company. This company does not trust its people. The manager’s approval limit is too low. The regionals approval limit is too low. You can’t get anything done causing delays. There’s not much of a work life balance. This is also a very micromanagement type of company managers have to clock in and out too. They have unrealistic budgets.
