      Many young employees and events to do other side of work and employees make an effort to get to know each other. Field opportunities Ability to move around within the company.

      Inconvénients

      Management can be aloof, not knowing when they are needed and not needed. Being transparent would solve issues but information is rarely relayed to workers. Average Pay

      Avantages

      Experience using multiple softwares and exposure to field and office practices. Fast-paced environment gives you plenty of learning opportunities.

      Inconvénients

      Growth was almost nonexistent, you just needed to wait your turn. Department felt fragmented into cliques which varies workload. Training is laughable.
