      Avantages

      We do a lot of fun activities together, both at work and away from work The people I work with each day are awesome. Working conditions are some of the best I've ever been in. Work is fast-paced, but not oppressive. Focus has always been on quality over quantity. The vast majority of the workers take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of their work.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is average to a little below average. Benefits are average. As with just about every company, some decision makers are a little out of touch with what really takes place.

      Avantages

      Company is trying to grow while still retaining and investing in employees. Industry is alive and well so they remain relevant

      Inconvénients

      Tribal knowledge is as strong here as anywhere, However there are portions of the org that struggle to evolve with changes and new hires making it difficult at times to gain a clear understanding of products and processes as a new hire.
