Most of the people you work with are nice and trying their best.

Inconvénients

The company as a whole feels directionless. We're struggling just to keep up, constantly scrambling to meet business goals without the chance to execute them well. Plans change from day to day. And those changes seem driven more by impulse than by strategic insight.

Avantages

-Love how Symmetry really pushes for collaboration, digital workrooms, team huddles weekly and national calls. -You'll be able to go from 80%-95% commission in your first 90 days if you work efficiently and hit their slingshot. Goes up to 130% + Multiple Bonuses -Lots of new agents are coming in and breaking 6 figures their first year, and building a team organically from their quick results.

Inconvénients

- Be ready to grind it out early, the learning curve is necessary but its not comfortable. - Leverage their leads if you want consistent income. So its either going to take capital, networking connections or leveraging business/personal credit. Its no secret that leads are the way people win in Quility. Referrals are just the icing on the cake.
