      Avantages

      Table tennis Office is nice and well located Massage at Wednesdays

      Inconvénients

      There are no career opportunities in the company. You're expected to work extra hours without receiving for them. A huge amount of inefficiency. This company does not KNOW how to use technology (but loves to brag it's a software company). Departments don't talk to each other. The entire company is a very old Mac shop. Management tells you they can't pay you decently while company has money to offer beer on Fridays, cable TV at the kitchen and parties on special holidays. They love spending money on expensive licenses on software they barely use.

      Avantages

      Decent work-life balance, chill managers, and fun coworkers. CTO respected. Still one of the leaders in its category.

      Inconvénients

      Shortsighted company goals. Sales dictate the direction of the company and the rest of the organization spends all their time reacting, and firefighting. No room for career growth. Leadership team does not seem receptive to employee suggestions.

      Avantages

      I cant think of any coz the company is worst

      Inconvénients

      Makes you work out of working hours. Hires you on contract so they can pay less and false promise of converting to permanent employee. Asks you to leave the job without any prior notice
