      Management can be harsh with mistakes, calling you out in front of everyone, or harsh remarks in private conversations. Some positions have portions of pay contingent on making absolutely no mistakes even if you're a newly hired driver. High turnover, stressed out co-workers.

      - Hours were good, with extra hours if needed - Dispatch and managers were understanding - Good pay

      - Manager wasn't there half of the time - General job had a lot of physical labor and lifting heavy boxes
