Avantages

Quest was a great company. Doug Garn was the best CEO I have ever worked for. Super helpful internally and the money used to be great until Dell took over.

Inconvénients

Bad territory structure. You have hardware and software guys working the same account causing confusion and overlap. Needs better internal organization.

Avantages

The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

Inconvénients

As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
