      1. Nice culture 2. Very good product manager. He will support and protect his team always. Very friendly and easy accessible. When ever he came to office one positive vibe created in the team and smile on everyone's face. Only good leaders makes that happen. His Name is Rahim. 3. Very good helping hands

      Recently they sold it out to Quest Software which i don't like

      Avantages

      The new ELT has been making a lot of changes to shift Quest to newer products, focus, and GTM strategies. This has been much needed, and the future looks much brighter. Regardless of the changes, the culture of respect and inclusivity and people-support has remained. I would refer Quest as an employer, especially the Legal department, to anyone I know.

      Inconvénients

      As with any period of changes and redirected focus, there has been some turmoil in reductions, tool/platform changes, etc. This would be a tough environment for anyone who has trouble adapting.
